WAIT WHAT! Oh no…Not this!!!! Nope nope nope nope nope!!
So apparently it happens when the PS1 BIOS is corrupted or something, and is very creepy.

There's a really cool phycological game that reads data from your console to do things like pretend your save corrupted, but I don't remember what it was. All I remember is it was on the Ps2 or Ps3 and ScottTheWoz has mentioned it before.

In Halo: Reach, if you let the Covenant glass reach in the last mission (not lone wolf mission BTW) it turns on a white screen, and you cant move or control your caracter.

There's an old scooby doo flash game that had an easter egg where there would be small, hard to read text (so you get close to your computer screen) and it would legit jumpscare you REALLY bad

Yeah, that IS pretty creepy…But so is that Scooby Doo jumpscare someone mentioned.

In the game UNDERTALE, some of the dialogue changes if you try to hack the game.
For example, if you get the neutral ending, Sans will question how it ended up like this, and blames it on you being a “dirty hacker”.
If you mess up the file too much, you'll see a little white dog… dancing in the middle of the screen… something about it emits an energy like “you done messed up”…
It's not that creepy, just strange to say the least.

It failed so bad, it “faild” . Like, the defeat was so terrible, it failed so bad that even the way it was spelled had faild. Goodness, video games from the 90's with both cheesy and misspelled dialogue is like a meme-maker's playground.
