Scratch 3.0 DOES NOT LOAD CORRECTLY ON MOBILE
Scratch has a severe memory problem when loading many costumes. Part of it might not be scratches fault. If there is something running on a web browser your computer does not give your browser many resources. This might cause a critical memory overflow within scratch since your browser doesn't give scratch much memory. (but I do think they should look at and address scratch memory issues because there should not be an issue.) Scratch just needs to have its poor memory management fixed by dumping assets from ram. While loading a costume intense project I looked at my memory usage before it crashed and Scratch was taking up ram and not freeing any up, and when the ram gets all filled up that is when the web page crashes.

Scratch 3.0 DOES NOT LOAD CORRECTLY ON MOBILE
My browser / operating system: iPhone iOS 12.1, Safari 605.1.15, No Flash version detected
When I refer to “many devices”, I am talking about the vast majority of smartphones and tablets that have around 2GB of RAM. This term is subjective; obviously there are devices that are exceptions to what I state.
There are many issues with Scratch when it is loaded on a mobile browser.
Some projects do not even load on many devices – although (as of April 2020) this has improved greatly over the past several months.
When project do load and they are running, any lag will crash the entire webpage on many devices.
Additionally, if the screen is not wide enough, the project page will look like this:
One can see the (very obvious) blue margin on the right side that is caused by the stage not resizing.
However, that's not the only issue: many text elements don't load or don't load fully. That's a fully rendered thumbnail. The text doesn't appear once the project starts.
I have the same problem with my Ipad, often my projects won't load properly…

Scratch 3.0 DOES NOT LOAD CORRECTLY ON MOBILE
Try iOS 13I think it's a iOS bug. Even using the latest iPhone on iOS 12, some projects do not load for me (they usually cause the webpage to reload, but sometimes manage to load correctly). Some of these projects include https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/262564340/ and https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/292683919/Actually, a friend of mine tried to load a project on iOS, and it didn't work. Then they tried on an Andriod phone and it loaded fine. Maybe this will be a clue here. Its possible older phone models (which will likely run old OS systems) might not load too well. Do you know which OS versions they are using?
(Why do I always typo “Android”?)

Scratch 3.0 DOES NOT LOAD CORRECTLY ON MOBILE
This is driving me crazy!!!
I am in safari and it keeps saying it crashed and it reloads to happen again
Same problem with me. At a time, every time safari says the site crashed when I watched a project. I’ve turned off my IPad and it worked for a while. Now the problem is today here again!
What I’m trying to say, maybe turn off your IPhone/Mac/IPad (where you however are). It could work!
