Each worker gets a point for each order they complete. On the first day of each month (if I remember), the worker that has the most points will be named “Employee of the Month,” and points will reset. The employee of the month can include the shop's President.

TERMS OF SERVICE
1) INFO FOR CUSTOMERS
1.1‐ We will not do any orders that break the Community Guidelines in any way.
1.2- We will not complete orders that are impossible for us to do (e.g. high-tech cloud systems)
1.3.1- The deadline for your order must be at least four days in the future to give us time to complete it.
1.3.2- If you put ASAP as your deadline, please keep in mind that it will be a lower priority than orders with a date deadline.
1.4- Please be patient with us, and only bump up your order if it has been a few hours and it looks like nobody has seen it yet. We are not robots. Some of us need a full night's rest.
1.5- If your order has not been completed on time, please take it up with the person who took your order rather than blaming the whole shop.
1.6- If possible, please remember to fill out the Customer Satisfaction Survey. It would greatly help us if we know how we could improve!
1.7- You must give credit to both the shop and the worker when the project containing the code/art that was made via the shop.
1.8- If your order isn't qualified (e.g. you used the wrong order form or the deadline is too short), we will notify you on your profile, in which case you will have two weeks to update the form or it will be removed from the Orders Center.
1.9- You must include the word “roar” in your application in order for the order to be qualified; this proves that you read this section of the Terms of Service.
2) INFO FOR WORKERS
2.1- You must be kind to the customers, even if they aren't kind to you. This shows that we are a good shop, and people would rather go to a good shop than one that is mean to their customers.
2.2- You must be following the topic if you want to work here.
2.3.1- Activity checks will be conducted on a regular basis, and will last for the period of one week. You must respond to all activity checks.
2.3.2- Official votes double as activity checks. You must respond to all votes (and no, you can't vote “none”).
2.3.3- You don't have to respond to the activity check or vote if you are on leave, you just joined the shop, or were the Employee of the Month last month.
2.3.4.1- If you don't respond to an activity check or vote, and Term 2.3.3 doesn't apply to you, you will be given a strike.
2.3.4.2- If you are given three strikes, you will be fired from the shop. However, you can reapply if you prove that you are willing to put in the time and effort.
2.4.1- Every order you complete within a month gets you a point. The person with the most points at the end of the month gets Employee of the Month. All points will then reset to zero.
2.4.2- As Employee of the Month, you can choose to either get a strike removed or be exempt from all activity checks and votes until the next Employee of the Month is named.
2.5- Spamming will get you a strike. This includes blockspam and “Page ___ no edit!”
2.6.1- When you are on leave, you will be exempt from all activity checks and votes.
2.6.2- Leave must be longer than three days but shorter than a month.
2.6.3- Leaves must be at least two months apart.
2.6.4- If you post at any time during your leave, it will be assumed you want it to end early and so it will end early.
2.6.5- Only BoD members can approve leaves.
2.7- You must make sure an order has the proper codeword before taking it (this codeword is found in Section 1 of the Terms).
2.8- It is strongly recommended that you check the Orders Center at least once a day to see if there are any unclaimed orders you can complete.
2.9- To apply as a worker, you must have at least 20 shared projects and have been on Scratch for at least a year (this includes any previous accounts).
2.10- You must include the word “Bengal” in your application for it to be accepted.
3) INFO FOR BoD MEMBERS
3.1- Unless stated otherwise, all of Section 2 applies to BoD members as well as normal workers.
3.2- BoD members get five strikes before getting fired, instead of three.
3.3.1‐ All BoD members can hire regular workers, but only the President and Vice President can hire BoD members.
3.3.2- You must make sure all worker applications have the proper codeword before accepting them.
3.4- BoD members must have at least four months of shop experience, preferably as part of that shop's BoD.
3.5- Only the President, Vice President, and Ambassador can accept Partnerships and Federation requests.
3.6- If you become the Ambassador, you'll need to make your own Partnerships and Federations post so you can more easily manage them.
3.7- You must include the word “striped” as well as the codeword in Section 2 in your application in order for it to be accepted.

I'm sorry, but we'd prefer if our workers have more than just a little Scratch experience and have at least one area they're skilled in so as to be able to complete customer orders. If you'd like, you can try to apply again when you've made more projects, have been on Scratch for longer, and can list in your Skilled Areas some of the things in our List of Services.
Also, Bengal is a subspecies of tiger.

NEW ADDITION TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
-To apply as a worker, you must have at least 20 shared projects and have been on Scratch for at least a year (this includes any previous accounts).
This new addition will not affect any workers that are currently a part of this shop.
