Basically, alright, so Say you wanna use scratch, you have a new Windows computer, you aren't willing to download a browser, and you just uninstalled Microsoft Edge, You are just about to play a project, when all of a sudden,

(no im not sorry for using an MS-BITMAP, and also wanna point out that despite not supporting silk browser, it still runs on silk browser)
The reason is because well, there is still a bunch of IE11 users left without the executable msedge.exe

Internet Explorer 11, on the other hand, is a lot more secure, has more backwards-compatibility. (see IE11 dev tools)
Google tracks you and all your data, Microsoft edge is too mobile-friendly yet it's not available as a mobile app, Internet explorer is also what many 90s kids grew up with
and here is some evidence ROBLOX supports Internet Explorer 11, I am logged into my old roblox account, you can see it's IE11 by the giant menu and the appearance of the scroll bar

When internet explorer 9+ is used to play the projects, you would see the 3.0 player remade entirely in flash, same for editor

It's because IE is being discontinued.

Internet Explorer hasn't worked since 3.0 came out- over 18 months ago. Though this probably means they won't add it in.

Considering that next year Internet Explorer will be discontinued, I don't see how this will be beneficial. No Support.

That seems like a very specific scenario. And then you could just download Chrome or Firefox.

but if you aren't willing to download any browsers? And you uninstalled Microsoft Edge? I find IE11 useful for seeing how internet pages look in outdated Internet Explorer

IE is being discontinued in August, so I don't see why the ST should go take the effort to add something when it will become obsolete soon

If you wanted to use scratch that much, you'd download it. And you can't just “accidentally” uninstall apps on windows computer, , you actually have to go into control panel and find the app then go through the deletion process,

Why would you uninstall ME?

For the reasons in my earlier post of it being discontinued, IE being slow and not current and since many other browsers exist like Chrome, Firefox and Edge (Edge is Microsoft's new browser, that why Microsoft will discontinue IE), I will not support this suggestion. There are too many reasons not to support IE anymore, plus if IE is being discontinued, they won't make any security updates, causing a risk of malware and phishing.

• You can also just stay offline if that's what you want.

Seriously. Why would you block microsoft? They are the ones that made the browser anyway.
