To be fair, I haven't read the whole ToU, but I've been on this website long enough to know the rules.

Scratchers are supposed to know the Community Guidelines and messages they get telling them to read them might be handy for some Scratchers, although the messages could be a bit spammy, especially if a user has already memorised it. I semi-support for the message to read the Community Guidelines.

As for the Terms of Use, it is very long, contains words many kids will not understand, and contains content they are not interested in. There is an unofficial summary elsewhere in the forums, but it still contains content kids are not interested in. The Terms of Use are probably more for parents to read. I no support the message to read the Terms of Use.

This was made in the collaboration forum a year ago.

Still, despite it being shortened, many content in it and the original Terms of Use contains content many children would not be interested in.

Honesty, whenever I download a new game and they say read the ToU and I ask my parents, they just say accept

I know the CGs, and it's not that hard to remember. I really don't see the point

As many people have said, the Community Guidelines are pretty short and are mostly common sense. They aren't even the thing you should be reminding people to read; the real, much more useful rules are in the Terms of Service. This just seems annoying and unnecessary.

No support. The CG's are just common sense. This would really annoy me.

I'm with everyone else - it is annoying for everyone who does forget the CG's. I do think though new scratchers should read it in a way.
