To keep this shop a friendly place!
~Directory~

1.0 Basic Terms
1.1 Be polite and respectful
1.2 Follow the Community Guidelines

2.0 Customer Terms
2.1 Be patient
2.2 Give at least 3 days for your order to be complete
2.3 Make your order form as detailed a possible, this is to help the staff make you banner as good as it can be!

3.0 Employee Terms
3.1 Complete the orders to the best of your ability
3.2 Try to complete and order within 3 days (if not the customer's deadline)
3.3 Respond to an activity check within 3 days
3.4 Read the notification standards (found below)
3.5 Follow this Discussion
3.6 Include the word ‘Sky’ in your application to prove you have read the terms.

Notification Standards

Forum: When you take an order, quote the order and say ‘Taken!’ It will be done within three days.' Or something similar.
Forum: When an order is finished, say 'Your order is complete!

Sorry, I will appoint positions on the BoD depending on how hardworking, polite etc. staff are. So you may be able to get a position on the BoD.
