Sailor Guardian: Full worker, same as Scout but is eligible for BOD and advertising out of their profile or signature
BOD: Has gained the trust of the owner, and has almost all permissions besides closing the shop and banning users

Terms

Section 1: Worker Terms

1.1: Workers must check the shop at least 4 times a week.
1.2: Workers must add a random rule from these terms in their application to be accepted.
1.3: Do not beg to be promoted, the owner (or a BOD member if you are a Scout) will promote you once they think you are ready.
1.4: If there is an unclaimed order that you specialize in, please take it if possible.
1.5: Workers must vote in the polls if possible. If you cannot use the site polls are hosted on, please post saying your opinion.

Section 2: Customer Terms

2.1: Do not put impossible deadlines (like in 10 minutes or in the year 3000) on your form. ASAP is fine, though.
2.2: Please refrain from bumping your order (quoting yourself) more than twice a day.
2.3: Do not be rude to any workers.
2.4: You can ask for a max of 5 redos of your order, then your order is automatically marked as done.
2.5: Please leave a review of your order.

Section 3: Becoming a BOD Member

3.1: You must be a Scratcher and not a Sailor Scout to apply.
3.2: Applications for BOD are closed, the owner will promote someone to BOD when they think that they are ready.
3.3: If applications are open, include the word “senshi” in your application.
3.4: Do not beg for a promotion, doing so will lower your chance.
