I already talked about Contact Us where people should contact the ST if someone is causing issues that can't be solved with the report button. Are there other places where I should mention Contact Us?

Thanks! Yeah I agree, the current Community Guidelines are okay as like main points, but it needs much more detail

i think this defeats the purpose of scratch's short and simple community guidelines
