Remix crediting broken

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 84.0.4147.125, No Flash version detected (but that shouldn't matter)

So I was looking at random projects and saw this project. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary at first, it's just an animation. But this project is actually the second in a line of remixes, and the original project is not linked. Only the direct project that the project of note is remixing shows up. I also checked THAT project's remixes, and none of them link to the original project.

Sorry if this was badly worded.

By the way, I can't really do anything about it. None of the projects are mine.

UPDATE: I made a remix of the project, and it didn't link to the original project (the very original, not what I remixed.) I also made a remix of what the problematic project was remixing, and it didn't link to the original.

I don't think the problem has to do with the contents of the project, by the way. It's just animation timed to music.

Well it's not being shown correctly.

maybe it has to do with the original project that was remixed not being available anymore

no, I mean:
so this it what the remixed project you talked about looks like:

and here's what is should look like:

the 2 projects that will show up are the
1: project that got remixed and 2: the “original” project
the problem is that the “original” project that should be showing up, is gone.

so it's supposed to be showing up, but since the original project isn't there, we end up with this:

-long explanation that you can just read the above post for-
This isn't true, each project in the remix path is available. I've taken a screenshot and circled the path.

So there's no reason why it can't show the original.

It's supposed to show the (no longer available) original plus the last remix before it (but since the original project isn't available, it hides that part). The “original” you showed is a remix of the unshared original (move down and you'll see).

Did you mean shared original?
