Translator

Translators translate editions to the languages they can speak. For example, if they can speak french they translate the edition to french. We could use scratch translate blocks but we want to give the opportunity to others.

We can use infinite translators but we need translators that can speak French, Spanish, Hindi, Mandarin and Portuguese.
