No, just use a format that works for you

Title: The title is clear about what this discussion does. It does not go on and on but is effectively simple. If you wanted to make it more attractive, you could possibly change the font/ add some symbols but this is totally optional. 9/10

Because I'd like to help other people and (I'm not trying to be offensive) I haven't really had a massive chance to do that in some of my other shops and I thought I might have a bit more a chance here. I also enjoy doing the things I applied for. Plus, it seems like a really nice shop to work in.
