Here is a interesting thing…. That's what happens when 1.4 is dead. 1.4/Squeak is trying to find source code but can't.
I used the Shift-Click-R feature and messed around.

This happens when the sources/changes files do not exist. It has no effect on the actual app though, because pressing okay immediately dismisses it and the program is normal.

This is not “death” because, as Naleksuh said, you can press OK and then use the editor normally.
