Report OP's post and leave “Can this be stickied because ___” I would recommend adding something saying not to Falsely Report Projects.
Edit: I would request for a sticky but I don't know how

Is that a rule? Please also add about the fact that you aren’t allowed to privately communicate (e.g. a zoom call, live streams etc) with other Scratcher that you don’t know in real life.

I already talked about Contact Us where people should contact the ST if someone is causing issues that can't be solved with the report button. Are there other places where I should mention Contact Us? I would also recommend talking about contact us in there. It's really important

support, clears up everything in the community guidelines and seems like it could reduce the amount of people getting banned that end up saying, but what did I do wrong?
