Here are some tricks that are not in the top bar:

• [color=#abcdef] - Make your posts have a color! If you are looking for some colors you can use, take a look at this! Also, you can enter a few color names: red, green, navy and basically every color!
  
• [code] - With this you can make code in a monospace font:

  Example

  If you have a programming language, you can do [code=py], [code=html]… Example:

  greeting = 'hi'
  print(greeting, 'world')
  

• [list] - Even if it is in the top bar, it is quite unknown, with [list], you can make little bullests by typing [*]. I am actually using that right now for listing the BBcode!
  
• [center] - With [center], you can center the BBCode - only a small change, but it can make things look way better.
  
  Don't you think that this just looks better than normal text? It even works for images!
