This shop was set up by FloatingMuffins on the 14th of February 2020. On the 28th of August, we changed threads, and -DancerRJV- became president. This is an everything shop that provides a wide variety of services. We have a large staff team with different skills and abilities. We launched the shop on the 1st of March and have completed several orders. We currently have 19 members.

Public Relations Officer: (Negotiates and reviews partnerships with other shops, joins and reviews shop directories and shop web, advertises shop, devises advertising strategy for shop, acts as spokesperson for the shop to external shops and users, generally helps out with anything involving other shops and/or people or groups outside of this shop) To be decided

• If you are on the Board of Directors and not performing well you may get demoted to a lower position or removed from the BoD.

• Our unclaimed orders list has a limit of 20 orders.

Activity checks will be conducted roughly 3-6 weeks. There will be no exact timeframes for these checks but you will always have a week to respond. If you fail to respond, you will receive a strike. If you get 3 strikes you are fired. If you respond to three checks in a row, you are eligible to have a strike removed.

The Board of Directors manage the day to day running of the shop and suggest and vote on new shop rules and suggestions in the board studio. The BoD is chosen by elections and appointees by the President.
Shop decisions are made by the BoD. The process for new rules/laws in the shop is as follows:
1. A suggestion must be proposed by one member and seconded by another.
2. It is debated on by the BoD.
3. It is voted on by the BoD. It must get at least 50% support to pass. If there is a tie, the chairman has the casting vote.

• Be polite and respectful to our staff who are providing a free service. Failure to do so may see you banned.

• No need to repost your order if it doesn't get taken - our secretary maintains a list of unclaimed orders.

• You must give credit to the employee and the Strawberry Shop for any work provided.

• It is greatly appreciated if you want to complete our review form though this is totally optional.
