I have only seen 2 accounts (@PeterExplainsTheJoke and @DudeExplainsTheJoke) and I have not seen any questions about any of these accounts so I will not add it unless I see proof that it is being frequently asked.

Really, it's actually not allowed in that case? This is a similar topic (except it's a suggestion, and on something else), but wouldn't having to find a place to “draw the line” apply here? Considering that the bad word detector doesn't censor it, I'd say it's allowed, even though I'm personally against it.
