You should add “___ExplainsTheJoke” into temporary. Although it's pretty localized, it's notable enough to at least get into temorary.

I have only seen 2 accounts (@PeterExplainsTheJoke and @DudeExplainsTheJoke) and I have not seen any questions about any of these accounts so I will not add it unless I see proof that it is being frequently asked. You should add “___ExplainsTheJoke” into temporary. I have been seeing a lot of topics on “is the word h*ll allowed?”. The answer is it depends on how the word is used (ex. “What the _” is not allowed while saying “H*ll is a place in some religions” is allowed).

Really, it's actually not allowed in that case? This is a similar topic (except it's a suggestion, and on something else), but wouldn't having to find a place to “draw the line” apply here? Considering that the bad word detector doesn't censor it, I'd say it's allowed, even though I'm personally against it.

Correct, but you would want the correct answer to the question on the topic, right?

Yes.
That's the idea. Are you entirely sure that you know the answer? I noticed many users say one answer, but one Scratch Team member say another in the link mentioned above…perhaps we should get confirmation on this before even thinking about adding it.

About the ‘censoring political opinions part’, you should add that you are allowed to express your opinions respectfully if they aren't exactly the opinions that the Scratch Team wants on the site.

That may be more of a temporary thing though, because there has been a bit of controversy over it lately and it will probably simmer down in a bit, You should add is live-streaming allowed. There's been at least 5 topics about it.

(OLD) Frequently Asked Questions and Answers
Hello everyone. As you've probably seen I'm not as active on the forums as I used to be. The reason simply being school.
I'm afraid that I simply don't have enough time to add good constructive answers to the list.
As such, I will be resigning this sticky. If you would like to take over, feel free to tell me on my profile, and also when making it please send a link to this post so that a ST member won't close it falsely.
It was fun getting to own and run a sticky, thanks all of you for providing feedback and helping me improve these last few months.
If you do make the new one, feel free to use my answers from the op to help make yours, just give credit to this topic and the original. (Its at the bottom of this topics op)
And with that, goodbye
