I don’t think there are accounts on Scratch Jr. It probably just functions like the offline editor

No, ScratchJr is just a simple app for phones and tablets that looks a bit like this:

What I understand ( I have it on my iPad )is that it is just an app.

Actually, I am 7 and i don't use Scratch JR. Instead, I use Scratch (full version), and i can make anything and more simpler than Scratch JR.
