General:

Orders or applications must have the word “topaz” in them
Due dates applications are not accepted if the due date is less than a day.
Please do not spam.
You may also order at our studio shop.
All forms must have topaz in them
Do not bump this topic unless I say you can
Adverts will last for a day and you must reapply the next day

For Members:

You must respond to activity checks or you get a strike.
You need to complete orders regularly.
You have the right to say the deadline is too soon.
If you see someone asking for advertising for more than a week in a row, you can not accept it.
Do not take orders without “topaz” in them.
Put “zip zap zoom I’m going to the moon!” In your application if you promise not to bump the topic

Our strike system:

An activity check will take place at random intervals so you don’t get used to a pattern.
If you break a rule, or if you don’t respond to an activity check, you will get a strike.
A strike means a demotion.
1 strike: Nothing
2 strikes: You will receive a notification on your profile.
3 strikes: You will be required to take an order immediately.
4 strikes: You get to a member.
5 strikes: You will be fired from the shop and can not reapply for a month.
