Customer Rules:
- Follow Scratch guidelines
- Be patient
- Put your favourite colour in the form

Staff Rules:
- Follow Scratch Guidelines
- Be active
- Respond to activity checks, if you don’t you will get a warning.
Three warnings and you will be made redundant
- Don’t take orders if they don’t have a colour name on the form
- Put your favourite animal in your application

When taking an order suggest a day to do the review(s) and ask for confirmation, if
weekly reviews suggest a day of the week
monthly reviews suggest a date if the month (not over the 28th)
one time review suggest a date
And if they would like a different day just suggest a different day or ask them to suggest one.
