How do i get the red blocks in the Scratch Creator?

Hey guys,
I seen red blocks in creators in projects. How do i get them?

They don't do anything. They're broken blocks.

This is true but there are two types of red blocks. the undefined and the old blocks that someone has found out about…….

They are talking about an old way. I stumbled across a project yesterday that had the ones that work.
