(This is for New Scratchers)

As you most likely know, new scratchers need to wait 30 seconds between comments. Currently, it has the 2.0 look. It should appear as the 3.0 look in the following picture. Scratchers already have this style, so why not New Scratchers?

It's not because of ‘new scratchers’ or ‘scratchers’. The message appears in 3.0 design in project comments and in 2.0 design in profile and studio comments

Hold on, profiles aren't 3.0 in vanilla Scratch. Are you using the extension?

The picture says whoa seems like you're commenting really quickly. Please wait between longer posts. This message is also for spam prevention on the comments on scratch. I think everyone gets that message when posting comments less than 30 seconds.
