All forms should be filled out as a reply to the forum post.

We expect that by being a member of the Scratch community that you are kind and helpful so we think that goes without saying. Any deadline that you set for your designer to do must be at least 3 days after the date of ordering. All dates from you to us and vice versa should be in the format of DD/MM/YYYY. By placing an order with Rosebud Lane Shopping Group, you must be aware that your designer could have multiple orders on the go at any one time. Therefore, if your designer has an order that was ordered before yours, the other order is the priority. This means that you must to be able to adapt to your designer's calendar. You will also need to understand that our designers may come from across the world and have different time zones to you. If you use our work in a project please link this forum in the description and if you use something else please link this forum on your profile page. You must be online regularly after you placed your order in case your designer has any questions. In your form, answer the question: “Have you read the Terms and Conditions” with “Ja” (yes in German).

To place an order, you must fill out the customer form as a reply in this forum . From there, your allocated designer will comment on your profile their username, your order code (XXXX), their due date if it is different to yours and any additional questions about the job they may have (so make sure you have commenting on). They will do this as soon as possible but you must give some leeway. Once your designer has done the work, they will get the work back to you in the form of an image link or a project. If you use the graphic in a project, please put a link to this forum. Similarly, if you use one of our graphics as a signature or something else please link this forum on your profile. If you forget, your designer will remind you of this when you receive your order.

As a designer for Artiful Artistry, you must follow the Rosebud Lane Designer Studio ( https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/27277828/ ). This is where I will give updates and do activity checks. These can vary from every week to every 2 months. If you don't reply to the activity check after 1 week, you will get a strike, three strikes means you will be fired. You can always reapply. I will send links to orders to everyone via the designer studio. I will give you the order number as well.
