I still don't understand what this is suggesting.

fpatch don't follow or love or favourite in scratch because they don't want to spam all of their followers. Also if you're following you probably mostly want to see new game releases. So i came up with the perfect solution, a following option to only see new game releases.Actually, griffpatch doesn't love or favorite much because he has a job and personal life to fulfill, not because he doesn't want to spam anyone (I think you're confusing it with his “no f4f” statement). I was thinking that many scratchers, such as grif
So you're suggesting that following is split for receiving updates about new project releases, correct? Your idea has some merit, but it doesn't have the practicality of a better option I have in mind. Rather than repurposing following to suit those who are waiting for game releases, my idea would be filtering activity to only include any combination of loves, favorites, follows, promotions, and new projects by those you follow. The site has less ajax work to do, and you get notice of all new projects shared – win-win!
also a scrolling bar for the whats happening box. … and most of the time people love and favourite over 5 stuff.now this I support, because it is true that even the few people I follow will tend to love and favorite several things before I can catch up to where they are.

that isn't true! he also favourites his own games so people can see it, instead of links to random studios!

ok, you know how on what's happening there things the scratcher has done, eg. love and fave a project. There should be an option to choose what you see, eg. games. I don't want to see links to random people's studios or games, i just want to see the person i'm following new game releases.
