Infinite Layers in Vector
My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 84.0.4147.89, No Flash version detected
This happens when I'm in the costume editor and I type using text. Sometimes after I type text, each shape or group of shapes in that costume or backdrop are duplicated infinitely. That means that whenever I try to drag the shape to move it, it leaves behind a copy of itself, and the same happens whenever I try to drag that shape. Also, when I try to delete the shape, I can't seem to find the end of the duplicates. The only way I can get rid of the shape entirely is by dragging the select tool over the shape, thereby selecting the shape on every layer, then deleting all of them at once.
While the costume looks the same, further editing it becomes difficult or impossible. In situations where I can't do this, it seems like all I can do in order to continue editing the costume is to exit the project without saving.
Note: This only happens when I type a special character (accented letters, special symbols, etc.) in the text box. If I use only regular letters, numbers, and symbols, then everything still works, but as soon as I use a special character, even if I'm editing a text box, the bug occurs.

Try to press capslock. This helps, I had this sometimes. It doesn't make a difference. I think it's because the bug only occurs when I type special characters, not regular letters or numbers. Caps lock doesn't affect the way I type those characters.
If it makes a difference, I typed the character “é” as in “Pokémon” because I'm making a Pokémon-themed project. I typed the accented e using the alt code 0233. (You hold down Alt while typing 0233 on your NumPad.) When doing this, caps lock doesn't change the character that's being typed.

It happens with grouping too, but I don't mind it.
