First, I'm very sorry to hear that she got reported. Second, if it was just one report, then she shouldn't be banned from Scratch. If she truly got muted for doing something wrong, then she should contact the Scratch Team. Also, if one of her projects got mass reported, then she should be able to come back to Scratch in a few days, unless if she also did something else to break the Community Guidlines.
