Why? Can't you download it off the Google Play Store? Note that it is only for tablets as phone aren't powerful enough. “Scratch on phones” rhymes with “painfully groans”.

Agreed. I use Scratch on mobile, but I never go in the editor.

Well.its becquse it says it can be installed but does not want to thats why the apk would be good.

I think the APK is on GitHub somewhere, I don't know where because I don't use GitHub.

Even if it is on GitHub, only developers have access to it because the scratch-android repo is private.
