That might be fingerspelling in British Sign Language (which I think uses both hands for fingerspelling, unlike in ASL)

Ah yes, it's a project thumbnail; project thumbnails and other assets hosted on cdn2.scratch.mit.edu are on the image host whitelistI saw this in other Scratch forumI think this is some kind of body language, but I'm not sure.
