Please do not necropost on such an old topic. This question should also belong in one of the “everything you ever didn't need to know about scratchblocks” topics since you are asking a question about scratch blocks. Anyways, the red blocks are when someone messes up their scratch blocks syntax, and types a block that doesn't exist. The plugin then turns them red. Usually it can still by understood. You can also force a color to change using 2 colons ( :: )
