Allowing other image hosting sites incase CubeUpload shuts down

Sorry for advertising my own stuff but what about R Image Hosting? Everything hosted with that is moderated according to the Scratch Community Guidelines.

Za-chary has already said that your own image host is not going to be whitelisted. Besides, the method of hosting images on there is overcomplicated and requires a person to manually upload the image and give out a link, which is unsustainable. Imgbb is all automatic. Moderation isn't really the issue here since Cubeupload is unmoderated as well, they don't follow Scratch's guidelines. I have no idea what the actual issue is with adding new image hosts, since the ST just never does it, but moderation is not it.

Cubeupload has been down for the past few hours. I support this suggestion, so we still have somewhere to host images.

Yeah. Cubey was down for almost 10 hours now. Using Scratch as an image hosting thingy would make my “My Stuff” folder literally explode. Other image hosting websites are…. just weird (i mean really. Imageshack wants 30$ a month and images can expire and be replaced with ads. Photobucket has a lot of pop-ups.).

We've already had enough with tinypic being shut down. I want to still be able to use images here

ASCII is spam, just saying.
And sometimes i want to post a gif without having to do the weirdy hacky thingy on my projects (i have an acc where i test them, but who would even want those gif's?)

Or, you know, a SVG image hosted with gist that has text embedded in it.

The amount of times Cubeupload is going down is… disturbing.

Are you sure about Google Photos though? A lot of people have personal photos in there, and someone might accidentally share something like that. And it isn't really for image hosting, it's more of just a cloud service for personal photos.

ReCaptcha is Google service, so it can't be used. I managed to make a cubeupload account via my dad, who lives in America for work, but I couldn't upload images. Are you using an VPN?

Not necessarily. It would not make your “My Stuff” folder explode if you replace the thumbnails that you won't need.
