Features of Scratch
Why can't you remix your own project? I am making updates to my platformer, but if it does not work, Scratch might automatically save and I could forget how to change it back. Check out my project that I need help with here.

You can click on “File” in the upper-left corner and then “Save as a copy”. It will then create a copy of your project.

When you're done updating it, go to the real project, go to File, and choose load project from computer. Hope this helps!

There is an exploit that I use that lets you remix your own project. Don't worry, as far as I know, it isn't against the rules.
