Share button... for Scratch,

this would allow you to share your project with anyone, I just think that it would be a cool way to show your favorite Scratcher something you made,

your can report shared projects so that it can't be shared with you anymore,

I'm saying that everyone can see the project, it's just the people that you share the project with will get the project sent to their inbox or to a potential new tab

You can just share the project link.
Also, this would increase spam by sharing a lot of projects to the same project and there is no way you can report this.

So no support.

No support, for the simple reason that people would spam other “popular” people. I bet that if this got implemented griffpatch's inbox would crash the servers.

to create a code that can only be understood if one knows the key, “mlcreater”.

Now, assuming your suggestion is implemented, you could share a project named “qaqldpoyzvzneqdljsgquvwbqxhbaudd”, and send it to my “inbox”. I would know the key was my username, but nobody else would know.

If I wanted to receive a message from you, I could reverse your calculation and find the original message.
