projects should NOT be auto-saving
I think that as soon as account settings are released, you should be able to toggle it in account settings.

Autosave causes more problems than it solves, especially with the laggy aspect of the web client.
I really need to have control over when I save. Keeping a revision list would make reverting a lot of work, as you never know how many autosaves there have been since where you want to revert to… I really don't want to need to look through 25 autosaves to revert to the state I need.

I agree with this, my projects end up all messed up because I experiment with the shared copy

There should be an option to enable/disable auto saving. Also, there is a revert button in case you want to change it back.

Yeah, this feature actually caused me to lose my whole list to number converter. Oh well, I wasn't allowed to share it anyway. But then forgot about revert… NO!
If I had remembered I would've been able to fix it. The revert button maybe should be in a clearer place.

if switch for auto save s true then
say for (2) secs

I don't really like the feature either, but it is useful sometimes so I think it should be optional.
At the moment, if you want to edit it without auto-saving, use the offline editor.
