Updates! August 13th, 2014

I'm guessing it has to do with this update, but I'm not sure. I went to work on a project I'm remixing when I saw that some (at least 4) of the graphics were missing. I fixed one of them and went to grab the others from the original, but the same exact 4 are missing. I went back to my remix and what I had fixed was once again missing! What do I do?
