but why is it deleted?

I found out that it has more than 1 page, so i don't think it was just to test the forums

Unless it was? It may have been to test out to see if the “page” mechanic works.

There is no information on this on Scratch Wiki, according to my knowledge. I'll have to get a longer review sometime.

It looks like a Scratch Team discussion on the bugs and issues with the Scratch 2.0 forums. I assume it was deleted because it was no longer needed (perhaps due to the bugs being fixed).

I don't usually reveal deleted topics, but I'm describing this one because it is (from what I can tell) the oldest forum topic, which is somewhat historical, and I assume it used to be public when it was initially posted.
