Show unanswered posts in specific section

I actually really like this idea. Using this I could help more in HwS because every time I try, if it's something simple enough that I know how to do it it's already been answered. Same with New Scratchers. I find welcoming them after 5 people already have is meaningless because I have been accustomed to not repeat what's already been said above, and you can't really add on to the generic welcome message enough.

Yeah… once someone helps answering a question, or someone helps fixing a script, there really isn't much you can always add
