Well, no, we are still discussing whether or not there are other messages such as “Hoarding rupees” or “Cloning gobos” also could “Hoarding rupees” be country specific to India or something?

I've definitely heard of “hoarding rupees” and I believe I've seen it before (and my location is set to Antarctica, though I live in the US, so it's not India-exclusive). I also vaguely remember “cloning” something but I'm not positive it was gobos.

You can see all the messages in this file on Scratch's Github. You can see that they have varying weights, so some are more common than others. They have this code:

    chooseRandomMessage () {
        let messageNumber;
        const sum = messages.reduce((acc, m) => acc + m.weight, 0);
        let rand = sum * Math.random();
        for (let i = 0; i < messages.length; i++) {
            rand -= messages[i].weight;
            if (rand <= 0) {
                messageNumber = i;
                break;
            }
        }
        return messageNumber;
    }

to decide which one gets chosen, so if anyone that can decipher the runic language of JS convert the weights into percentages, that'd be cool. However, there is no trace of “Hoarding rupees” which I believe is the result of two possibilities: it was removed (more likely) or this is a case of the Mandela effect (less likely).
