Sprite always visible

What to do if we are adding a hide block but still: the sprite is visible?

Plzzz help as soon as possible as I have to submit my project by day after tomorrow.

Are you sure that the hide block is being activated? Like, is it just

hide

This would not work, as you have to manually click it. Make sure there is a

when green flag clicked

in front of it. When you click the flag, now it will work. There are other ways, but since you're new to scratch, this is the easiest.

The final product should be:

when green flag clicked
hide

Do you want it to be hidden from the start of the project?

Thanks ALL FOR GIVING SUCH SUGGESTIONS BUT MY PROJECT IS OKAY NOW BUT IT ONLY WORKED WHEN I INTERCHANGED THE BLOCK I.E IN PLACE F

 I ADDED SHOW AND IN PLZCE OF SHOW HIDE
