1.4, released in 2009: made with Squeak, a smalltalk dialect.
2.0, released in 2013: made with flash.
3.0, released in 2019: made with HTML5, and JS

That part doesn't really make sense.

There is a large group of people (mostly in the U.S.) called the Scratch Team, who work on it.
You can find most of them on the Credits page at scratch.mit.edu/info/credits.

and get 1 more= 1000+1, 1001 pleases
