Wait, I'm sorry, but I forgot all about the background (but I kept remembering from time to time but I never really had a lot of time), so please forgive me for the delay! And also, I might do it digitally with Krita (an art application), now that I've discovered some cool features of it! And I am drawing some art for GalacticaOS tomorrow, so I think I'll do it at the same time, to save time (gosh, there's a lot of stuff about time in this post!). And also, I might share it as a cubeupload image, since Scratch usually destroys image quality in projects. And I realized that we don't have a banner yet - I made one, you don't have to use it if you don't want to, though:




And again, I'm really sorry for not doing the art yet!

Okay sounds good! hope we can get started soon, if you want, you can take over the voice for Blade, it doesn't really matter what gender the voice sounds like, because no episode is out yet.

Okay guys, here is plan for once we finish the first episode. I will assign story makers a hero and villain combination. They will write a story for this combination. They send their story to me, if I don't like the story I will ask for it to be rewritten. If I do like it, I will add a few tweaks so they can link to the main plot later. What I mean is like Disaster is kind of going to be our Captain America, and after her first episode, some others get one, then so forth. Once it is tweaked a bit, I will send back the tweaked version, then the story maker who made that story will give the actors their lines, and send the story to an animator. Sound good?

I'm extremely sorry for not being able to finish the backgrounds! I had a lot of homework to do, and I also had some other stuff to do on Scratch. I planned to draw multiple designs for the city, and in multiple angles too, and so far, I've done this:



If you want anything changed, please let me know!
The widest building is supposed to be the bank building, and I drew a logo on it and left some space for the bank's name. Not that good, I know, but like I said, I'm going to make multiple designs for it. And it doesn't show the ground, and that might seem unhelpful, but it's going to be good for one of those scenes when the location is written on the screen.

But something I noticed while painting it was the fact that the skies looked better than anything else… so I drew some individual skies:





And yes, I know I didn't really have to, but I can explain - since we have multiple artists, then maybe the background can be layered. For example, maybe one of the skies here can be at the most backward layer. Then the other things, like the buildings and the ground and stuff can be separate drawings, maybe by separate artists, and can come in front of the skies. Here's what I mean:

- You can use one of the skies by downloading it (right click the image and click save or save as or something similar)
- In the project, go the stage's backdrops section (or the background sprite's costumes section, if there's a sprite like that)
- Click upload costume
- It will be there as a new bitmap costume. I'll try to get it into vector if you're going to use it.
- Convert it to vector
- Select the image (it's the perfect size for a backdrop, 480 pixels wide and 360 pixels high)
- Click copy
- On the actual backdrop with the buildings and ground and stuff, click paste.
- Center/Centre the image
- Click on the back button while in select mode (the select tool)
- And there! The skies will be separate from the rest of the elements on the backdrop.

You don't really need to do any of these, it's all just an idea. And sorry for not completing the backgrounds you asked me to do, I had a lot of homework (and other stuff) to do. I just drew the clouds because they only take, like 5 minutes. I did all the art in a paint application called krita - the problem with it is that you can't draw in vector, but there are lots of cool brushes and colors and stuff, and the whole thing is free, so it's a great option. If you're looking for a different kind of graphics, them I can draw it again in vector (but I won't be able to draw the clouds). Sorry if this was not what you expected!

I'm going to be inactive for a while - sorry! I have some homework (fine, a lot of homework) to catch up with. I might be able to comment and make small pojects and stuff, but collabs are a lot of work. Again, sorry about that! I might only be back in August, since I'll be busy this month with GalacticaOS when I'm finally free (the GalacticaOS release date is supposed to be August 15). Just letting you know! Also, I feel like I posted something similar a bit earlier… weird…
