Bring back all effects in scratch!
According to the Scratch Wiki "Blur — blurs the sprite
Pointillize — picks random pixels and creates circles with their colors at those locations
Saturation — adds/removes color; saturation 0 is black and white
These were removed from Scratch because they were glitchy and the Scratch Team deemed them unimportant.
There was also a water ripple effect, which crashed Scratch due to the system not having enough memory.
Additionally, there used to be a “stretch” effect (introduced in 2004). It is still available in Scratch 1.4."
These were removed due to technology limitations, but i think scratch 3.0 can handle more memory, so please try to experiment and see.

Support! We need the saturation most imo. I like making avatar makers where you change the color but it's hard when you only have brightness and color! I want one to be able to get blue-grey and brown and the like.

i believe they must have been removed for performance reasons, and since 3.0 is a bit better optimized, perhaps many of these could be re added today.

Support. Having those effects could benefit because you wouldn't have to use an image editor to do so

Suport! I love scratch's graphic effects but I would love it even more if these were added. Blur effect would be great for OS', pointalize would be cool as well and saturation would also look good for desaturating games possibly as an effect when a character goes into a cave or something.

Probably just a mistake on the wiki editors' part.

Support! Changing the color of a black or otherwise dark sprite is not easy without saturation and the other ones

By the way, I made a project comparing the brightness effect and saturation at 100. They're the same.

I can see all these effect giving way more functionality to scratch, and adding them back would be great! Definite support!
