The Profile Picture Shop's Review

First Impression: 8/10

First of all, your banner looks very nice! However, I think it might be beneficial for one of your employees to make your next banner, if/when you plan on changing it. This could be an easy, yet wonderful, way to showcase your bannermaking talent, as "this shop in…banners!" (crossme72). Pardon my MLA format, but I think that a simple thing like this could show off both your skills and your dedication to your shop. I also really like your title - it clearly states your shop's name, what you offer, and it has a cool symbol to jazz it up! However, I might add some more to it, like igfonts, lingojam, or instafonts. All of these are copy and paste, no downloading necessary, so they are perfectly compatible with Scratch forums. Your first post is also laid out very nicely, with a lot of helpful information! You have a directory, about section, and a collection of good reviews. I think that's pretty good!

So I wrote this out…and then I saw a new post in the thread about a contest, so I checked it out, and then realized you guys are in the process of creating a new banner, so I think a few of my points are moot! (I've put them in dark purple)

Just like the first post, the ones after it all look very nice! They're minimalistic, but in a good way. They have everything you want to know, but aren't over the top. You've found a good balance! The information you have there is also sorted well. Also, your directory looks quite nice. And all the links work, which is definitely a big plus for me.

Bulletin Board Code: 9.5/10

I think you have a highly commendable mastery not only of how to use BB code, but also when to use it. You certainly jazz up your topic, but it's not over the top in a way that's unneeded. The color looks great, and it's used sparingly, but I might suggest adding just a little more in some places.

Product: 10/10

When I first saw this, I was just, wow. I literally could not think of a banner that would fit my theme of summer more than the one you made! It's honestly a huge disappointment to me that I just placed this as a review order, and don't have anywhere to use it. Seriously, I love it! I couldn't think of anything negative even if I tried. I wish I could so I could give some constructive criticism, but I honestly can't! It's just so perfect.

Speed: 10/10

My order was taken in about 10 minutes, and completed about an hour later. I think I can let that speak for itself! But, really, that's quite impressive for a smaller shop!

Customer Service: 10/10

The staff were very kind, and were sure to notify when my order was taken and completed. This, I feel, is key to a shop. Thank you for excelling here!

Staff: 9/10

Your shop is a nice medium size with 8 staff members. Almost all of them I've had the fortune to know, so I can say they're all great people to be working with! Additionally, I think you have a good application form - it covers all the areas I think a potential employer should know about a potential employee. Best of all, you're asking for a portfolio/work examples. This means you can get a good idea of an applicant's experience and style for completing orders.

Productivity: 10/10

OPP and SI are the two ways I measure productivity. **Note that I'm only counting pages 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28** OPP stands for Orders Per Page, and with 4.5 pages and 4 orders, your OPP score is 0.88. That's pretty good! SI, or Spam Index is directly proportional to the amount of spam posts compared to total posts. So, with 5 spam posts out of 90 total posts, you have an SI score of 0.06. That…is one of the lowest scores I've seen. Please note that I do count bumps as spam.

Partnerships: 8/10

Your 13 partners all seem very diverse in their offerings - you have some that offer art, and coding, and voice acting, and even a couple everything shops! However, while exposure is wonderful, I might consider thinking about some other benefits you might be able to give each other. Also, they're all laid out very well and look really nice! The only thing I notice is that might detract from your shop's appearance is the missing banner of The Spotlight Shop. After doing a quick search, I found it at this link. Also, the forum thread for The Super Shop is nowhere to be found. FYI - the link was broken and led back here. Still, besides those tiny issues, you have a great selection of partners!

Shop Environment: 9.5/10

The environment in this shop is absolutely wonderful - everyone is kind to each other. Even customers who may be frustrated about an order being a bit later are kind, and so are the employees when replying to them. I think this would be a great shop for someone to work in.

Final Impression: 94/100 - A+

Hands down, this is one of the best shops I've reviewed so far - you guys excel in so many areas. Keep up the good work!

• Add some fancy fonts to your title
  
• Add just a tiny bit more color
  
• Add The Spotlight Shop's banner
