Scratchazon Shop Review (from Choc’s Retail Reviews)

First Look (8.5/10):
The first thing people are going to see is your title. It’s got a fancy font, which is nice, but it is quite small, meaning it could be overlooked. You’ve used a symbol, but you could use more, like ✔️✅⭐️✴️➡️⬅️. You could make your title longer, so more people see it, by changing “Now Hiring” to ‘Now Accepting Worker Applications!’.

I really recommend that you get a banner. It makes the shop look better. You could order one from here, here or here.

It’s nice that you have a directory, it saves people from scrolling through random posts. Although, you could give it a bit of colour. There is no colour in your front page. I recommend that you add a bit of colour. You should also add the banners of your partner shops. You could also play around with using the

[big][/big]

tags.

This shop seems unusual - in a good way! I really think this shop could benefit from a banner and some more colour.

Customer Service (2/10, sorry!):
I can’t exactly order (not in a conventional way), so I will look through your pages and see how you handle customers.

You don’t reply to anyone’s orders, applications or selling forms. Also, when responding to the partnership form, you didn’t quote the post. Overall, this shop has poor customer service. You should start replying to people’s forms and quoting them when doing so.

Quality of Product (n/a):
You aren’t a conventional shop, so I can’t really give you a review on this.

Overall (6.5/10)
Your customer service really needs to improve, as mentioned above. Your shop lacks colour, but it’s not imperative that you add colour. You should get a banner, from one of the shops above (doesn’t have to be xD). I think this shop could become quite big, if you improve your customer service and make your shop more eye-catching.
