So, I've had some topics I've closed, and I've been like “I should reopen this.” So, I report it to be reopened, and it never gets reopened. Why not add a “Reopen Topic” Where the "Close Topic was when it was open? This would only be available to mods and the person who created the topic. It would be so much easier.

Support.
Anything else that gets reported should not be reopened.

Why do you support? “Support” isn't enough. Support.

The Scratch Team doesn't care about how many supporters a suggestion has.Support means I support this suggestion, which makes it stronger. The stronger the suggestion, the more likely it is to happenWhy do you support? “Support” isn't enough. Support.
Supporting shouldn't even be a thing; it's from a by-gone era where people just wrote “+1”.
About the suggestion: what if the topic gets closed by a mod for being rejected or answered? There isn't much of a point to open topics closed for a good reason.

Indeed.
And don't immediately think of a new idea, OP, in which the Scratch Team can choose if closed topics have that button.
I once reported a topic to be reopened and it took about 10 minutes - maybe you should just try again.

Hmmm, thx for sharing your opinion but I personally think there is no harm in letting someone know you support their suggestion, and it is still widely used today by scratchers.
There would have to be some way around that problem, such as maybe only being able to re-open if you requested it to be closed it yourself.

I am here to confirm that the number of supporters does not always influence whether a suggestion is implemented. On the Suggestions forum, we encourage you to use it like a discussion board rather than a ballot box. Explaining why a suggestion is good or bad, and trying to improve the suggestion, is much more valuable than saying whether or not you support it. Hmmm, thx for sharing your opinion but I personally think there is no harm in letting someone know you support their suggestion, and it is still widely used today by scratchers.
OP, usually you should be leaving a reason as to why you want the topics re-opened. Why do you want your topics re-opened? If they are, for instance, resolved questions or rejected suggestions, there is no reason to re-open them.
In addition, many topics are indeed closed for a reason. Having a moderator need to close a topic wouldn't be very useful if the OP could just re-open it themselves.
