I think it means Follow For Review.

Why of course, follow for representationalists!

It means, follow for follow.

Follow for rebellion.

They want to rise up against the government, obviously.

Just to make it clear, they said F4R, not the F4F thing that doesn't really do much.

I think it means “Follow For Remix”, but I'm just as confused as everyone else.
I'll try searching it on the Wiki to see if I can find anything…

There's a chance that they meant FOR as well, which means follow on request. If it wasn't a typo, then I don't really know what it means
