If you want to convurt sb2-sb3 games into real game files(SWF) and play them on swf players, use these:
First convert ur sb2-3 file to SWF: https://junebeetle.github.io/converter/
and then play it or export on this: http://www.swffileplayer.com/

5: Click ‘Open Scratch File’ and find the SB2 or SB3 file
6: Click ‘Automatically Start’
7: Click ‘Convert to SWF’
8: Name it what you want but put .swf at the end
9: Save it to your files
10: Go to http://swftools.sourceforge.net/swf-to-exe.html
11: Click ‘Download’
12: When it finishes downloading, unzip the file and go in it (it should be a zip file)
13: Get the SWF to EXE Converter and drag it to your desktop
14: Go into the Converter
