So, it may seem like a noob question, but… how do you get songs on Scratch (for memes and such)? Specifically, I'm looking for the ‘Upside Down’ song for a meme. Can y'all please help me?

Find the youtube video of the song, and use a Youtube to Mp3 converter (ytmp3.cc is the best converter) and download the song. Now go into the sounds tab of any sprite and press add, upload file. Now you can upload the music file

or, just play the youtube video while recording. That is how I do it. However, it would result it really bad quality.

If you're using MacOS, I highly recommend Audio Hijack. It was shown to me by my A/V Tech Teacher and it's been really helpful grabbing audio clips from other websites without having to go through finding a video to MP3 converter.

From my research there also appears to be Total Recorder for Windows users out there.

i use windows 10. However I normally use raspberry pi 4, cuz my parents set a limited time for the windows.

You can probably download it online… search something like “Upside down meme song” or whatever it is…

I'd discourage that; unless you're sure you are free to use that song, converters are not the best way to go.
