About

Transport Creations is a small London-Transport themed shop based around graphic design, founded on June 4th, 2020. The shop was born out of love with graphic design and Lonodn's transport systems. The shop was in planning until June 8th 2020 when the forum was launched. We offer all types of graphic design, banners or profile pictures. The first thread later closed, still in WIP stage, due to a lack of organsiation. We then made this thread, on the 17th June 2020, and had it's grand opening on 18th June 2020

Preliminary Inspection (7/10)
I'll start this review by overviewing your topic title. It's a nice, simple topic title, with the name of the shop, a slogan, and a couple of notifications. However, it is a bit bland, and the blandness could be removed by making use of a fancy font, or some coloured emotes. Now, I'll look at the banner. You can tell by the banner that this is a metro-inspired shop, with the Tube map in the background and the nice vivid text. Overall, top notch banner! Now, the front page. The main post is very nice and contains a clear navigation pane, but the gradient at the top could be a bit too much. I'd recommend using a subtler gradient or using a solid colour, but other than that, nice main post! As I explore the rest of the front page, I can see it's very well formatted, especially the terms, which look very elegantly displayed. However, I have noticed some issues with your navigation pane. When someone enters a shop, they'll want to click on post links nearest the top to place orders. I'd recommend taking the links to the post with the order form, the post with the terms, and any other posts with customer related stuff nearer the top, so people will find the ordering form easier. Overall, great front page!
Service (10/10)
This shop has instant service! I placed my order today, and it was taken and done in a matter of hours! It was also presented excellently, with the exception that there was a minor username typo on the portfolio page, but that's no big issue. Overall, this is a shop that has nothing to improve on its amazing service!
Product (10/10)
The product created for me was amazing! You could tell that the creator put a lot of effort and time into it. This shop sure does create quality products, and I would definitely recommend them to people with graphic design needs!

This shop is amazing! I would definitely bring it up to people that require anything to do with digital art. It's a well-established, well-managed shop with very polite and friendly staff. It also seems to be taken care of very well, by an active foundry team with very much experience in the requests forum. Overall, a small shop well on the road to big expansion!

Title: 10/10- The title is informative, displays the status of the shop. It also includes different characters.

Banner: 10/10- The banner is nice! It relates to what your topic is. It is also interesting because it isn't the normal banner size, so it kind of catches the eye!

Avalibity of Staff: 10/10- Amazing because in less than 5 minutes my order was taken! This is very good because the fast service will make customers come back!

Quality: 9/10- It was very nice, but maybe something else could be added!

Customer Service: 9/10- Great! I had said there was a problem, and a few minutes later it was fixed!

Overall: 9.6/10- This shop is nice! You should come here! Very fast and good quality!

Rules

1 - General
1.1. You must be respectful to everyone in this sshop.
1.2. You must not spam this forum. This can lead to you getting a strike or ban if it is servre enough
1.3. The codeword is your favorite train station (EG. Charing Cross, Houston, Kings Cross St Pancras, etc. It can be ANYWHERE in the world!)

2 - Customers
2.1. All customers must give credit to both transport creations and the worker who took their order.
2.2. All deadlines must be at least 5 days away.
2.3. You have no right to complain if your order is late if the deadline is ‘asap’
2.4. You can cancel an order at any time, quote or edit the post and say ‘Cancelled by the customer’
2.5. DO NOT try to remove any watermark from your creation.
2.6. Fill out the order form or your order will not be taken.

3 - Staff
3.1. When doing an order, watermark it. Watermarks should have opacity set to 75 or 50, you can find your watermarks here
3.2. Only take orders you are capable of doing.
3.3. All new staff will be trainees for 2-3 weeks.In those 2-3 weeks, you must take 2 orders, and complete the training program.
3.4. When claming an order, say “Claimed” or “Taken”
3.5. Only take orders who have the complete form filled out.
3.6. When giving the customer their order, notify them both on the forum (so we can remove it from the Orders Platform) and on the place they would like to be notified, If they are following the forum, then you only need to notify them once. Please say “Thank you for choosing Transport Creations! Here is your order: {link} Please enjoy, and leave a review!”
3.7. We expect that you are active at all times. Leaves of less than 72 hours (3 days) do not need to be confirmed with us first. Any leave/period of inactivity over 4 days must be filled out using our ‘Take leave’ form. (Also for Hiatus)
3.8. If you get 3 strikes, you will be fired. Sorry!
3.9. Trainees cannot take orders until we belive that tehy are capble of doing it.

4 - Applications
4.1. IF you are rejected, please wait 2 weeks before re-applying. The same goes for fired users.
4.2. You must use either a design program (like Canva) or photo editing program (like Pixlr) to be accepted.
4.3. All new workers will be trianees and will be trained by one member of the BoD.
4.4. Put the codeword in you application.
4.5. The founders need to review your application before accepting you, as this is co-owned by Milkysplash, bananaandchoc1 and kitten769. Please give us at least 1 week to review your application.
4.6. You must be folowing this forum.
