Does the Scratch Team look at our unshared projects?
I was reading the Privacy Policy and I saw that it said, “We collect any information that you provide to us when you create Scratch projects (including unshared projects), write comments, or post on our forums.” Does that mean the Scratch Team looks at unshared projects? If so, why?

They can see them, yes. It doesn't mean they're gonna stalk the project you're working on, don't worry.

In other words: they do look at unshared projects but only if necessary.

In other words: they do look at unshared projects but only if necessary. These are correct, indeed.
There are a couple of reasons why it's important for us to look at unshared projects:
- We have a system where projects are automatically unshared if enough users report them. In order to get the project reshared, a Scratch Team member has to review it — this directly requires us to view an unshared project.
- Some projects may contain extremely inappropriate and/or illegal content that we want to remove from our servers. If we suspect some inappropriate/illegal activity is being done by a user, viewing the unshared projects is necessary so we can remove them.

Well, they're not exactly going around publishing people's unshared projects (expect for the case that Za-Chary mentioned in point #1 of his post above), so no.I was reading the Privacy Policy and I saw that it said, “We collect any information that you provide to us when you create Scratch projects (including unshared projects), write comments, or post on our forums.” Does that mean the Scratch Team looks at unshared projects?
