Am I allowed to reference the 'Epstein didn't kill himself' meme?
Am I allowed to make references to the Epstein Didn't Kill Himself meme (for a hidden secret in the game I'm working on)? If not I can change it to something else.
Thanks!
Thanks!

probably not, because it sounds like it's about suicide which isn't appropriate for scratch

Also the mentioned person did things really extremely not Scratch-friendly.

You should probably pay a bit more attention to the news, even if 99% of the mass media is just garbage feeding the negativity loop and pushing an agenda. probably not, because it sounds like it's about suicide which isn't appropriate for scratch
Anyways, Jeffrey Epstein was a banker and criminal in an awful, terrible way that I am forbidden to mention on Scratch (go Google it). He was arrested again (again) in 2019 awaiting trial on even more charges and then mysteriously died in his high-security jail cell that was supposed to be watched 24/7, and the medical examiner ruled the death a suicide. This was disputed by a majority of the public, who believe that he was killed to prevent him from spilling the beans on many other celebrities doing the same nasty things that he did. Since then, it's become a meme to sneak or hide the phrase “Epstein didn't kill himself” into places where one would least expect to find it.
And this. Even if the reference to suicide was OK because it was a major world event (it's probably not), this probably leans against the use of the meme on Scratch. Also the mentioned person did things really extremely not Scratch-friendly.
