Statistics make it look like white people are killed more but that's just because there are more white people in America than black people.

Not all white people are racist. My friend group is composed almost entirely of white people, and I'm black, and so far, none of them have unfriended me for being black.

As just a little history note, Abraham Lincoln did abolish slavery, but he said this:

My paramount object in this struggle is to save the Union, and is not either to save or to destroy slavery. If I could save the Union without freeing any slave I would do it, and if I could save it by freeing all the slaves I would do it; and if I could save it by freeing some and leaving others alone I would also do that.

He did believe slavery was wrong but he cared more about saving the Union than freeing slaves.

I agree that black lives matter, but I REALLY HATE that everyone thinks the police are against black people! It’s not their fault that George was black, and my dad as a police officer doesn’t deserve hate. I understand him completely. This is why I am completely against this argument!
